1. The Humanity for Life Foundation, a non-profit company with registration number 2023/195455/08 which is duly incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (“Humanity for Life Foundation”) website can be accessed at https://www.humanityforlifefoundation.org/privacy.html/ (“Website”).
2. The Website terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”) set out below are binding and enforceable against every person (“Website User”) that accesses this Website or makes use of this Website or any part thereof.
USAGE
Personal Data
1. By using Humanity for Life Foundation Website in any way, for any reason whatsoever, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally.
2. You must not use the Website if you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
3. This Website is intended to provide the Website User with information regarding the Humanity for Life Foundation and their mission to uplift rural and semi urban communities.

DONATIONS
1. Subject to receipt of payment, donations will be processed within 7 (seven) working days and receipt of such payment sent to the donor.
2. All donations made to Humanity for Life Foundation are non-refundable once the funds have cleared into the Foundation’s bank account.
3. Payment may be made via Visa, Master cards or by bank transfer into Humanity for Life’s Foundation bank account, the details of which are provided on our Home Page on our Website, and below.
4. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
